Orders are typically shipped within 30 business days after approval. Expedited options are available at checkout.

If there’s a mistake on our end (misprint, damage, wrong order), we’ll fix it or send a replacement at no cost.

Since all cards are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is an error on our part. Please review your preview carefully before finalizing.

While we don’t currently offer on-site card creation, athletes can still design event-specific cards through our online platform before or after the event. It’s a great way to commemorate special moments with custom templates tailored to your game, tournament, or season.

Definitely. We specialize in event exclusives, commemorative editions, and VIP card drops. Great for tournaments, fundraisers, or awards ceremonies. 

Yes. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards to ensure that all users, regardless of ability, can use our website.

We support JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. For best results, upload high-resolution images with good lighting.

Yes. If you created an account, your order history is saved and cards can be reprinted at any time.
